  • 500g lamb shoulder, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh mint, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine lamb cubes with herbs, garlic, olive oil, sumac, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Thread marinated lamb onto skewers and grill until cooked to your liking.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables and yogurt dip.
