  4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Manti (Turkish Dumplings)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup water
  • 300g ground lamb or beef

Baklava is a decadent Turkish dessert made of layers of filo pastry, walnuts, and honey syrup. Here’s how to create this indulgent treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of filo pastry
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush a baking dish with melted butter. Layer 4 sheets of filo pastry, brushing each with butter.
