  • Olive oil and tomato paste

Cook the rice with chopped onion and olive oil until halfway done. Mix in spices and stuff the bell peppers with this mixture. Place in a pot, add water and a spoonful of tomato paste to the bottom, cover, and cook on low heat until the peppers are tender.
