Instructions

Step 2: Cook the Tomatoes

Step 3: Add the Broth

Pour in the vegetable or chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Step 4: Blend the Soup

After simmering, remove the pot from heat. Using an immersion blender, puree the soup until it reaches your desired consistency. For a smoother texture, you can also transfer the soup to a traditional blender. If you prefer a chunkier soup, blend only part of the mixture.

Step 5: Season and Serve
