  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 400g fresh spinach, chopped
  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, then let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooled spinach with feta cheese.
  5. Take a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it with olive oil, and layer another sheet on top. Place a spoonful of the filling at one end and roll it up, tucking in the sides to create a parcel.
